Whilst most clients, after considering their options, decide to sell their firm, Catalyst Partners also provide expertise in relation to management buy-outs and associated funding, Employee ownership Trusts and family succession.

Roderic’s whole career has been spent in financial services, including a variety of senior management roles within financial planning firms, which he, along with his fellow partners use to address the practical aspects of succession.

Roderic is a regular columnist in several publications and a regular conference speaker, and he takes a keen interest in current and emerging issues within the sector.
