Deep Dive Financial Planning

I graduated from Newcastle University in 2007 with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Since then, I’ve exclusively advised private clients and trusts, moving from banking, to mortgages, to full bespoke planning. In 2014, I became Chartered and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. In 2022, I was accredited by the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA).

My specialist areas involve financial planning at retirement and beyond, which usually means advising on pensions, investments, estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation strategies. Whether you want tactics for managing your wealth during your lifetime, or preserving the family wealth for generations, you can be confident that I'll be on hand to help for many decades to come.

BENEATH THE SURFACE…

I love to scuba dive, particularly in tropical waters where the sea is warm, the visibility is terrific, and there’s an abundance of beautiful sea life.

I’ve achieved the Scuba Schools International (SSI) Divemaster rating.

This is the benchmark qualification for a professional scuba diver, who is responsible for guiding divers underwater. Your Divemaster is with you to keep you safe, to ensure you have a good time and to stop you getting lost. These responsibilities were the inspiration for Deep Dive - we're here for your retirement journey to do the same.

I also learned to sail yachts in 2020, when the ban on foreign travel meant I spent my holiday passing my Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Day Skipper training.

I love dogs and they are always welcome and encouraged to attend meetings, where logistics allow.
