Simon is Managing Director of the Financial Services Regulatory Compliance Advisory practice within Konexo, a division of Eversheds Sutherland. He has over 30 years of experience assisting firms with a variety of compliance and regulatory projects. He has particular expertise in advising firms on governance, culture, systems, controls, and conduct areas.

Simon has held various statutory directorships over the last twenty-five years, which enhance his understanding of corporate governance and his ability to communicate with boards and senior stakeholders. In addition, he has been a member of the S166 ICAEW working group responsible for producing the industry-skilled person guidance and a founder and former Chair of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants.
