Michal is a senior operator and advisor with over 20 years of experience across financial services, fintech, and technology. She specialises in applying data, AI, and emerging technologies to transform operating models, improve efficiency, and scale businesses.

She has held leadership roles, including Co-CEO, COO, and Managing Director in venture-backed, PE-backed, and regulated organisations, working closely with boards and executive teams.

Most recently, she led business transformation at Mattioli Woods, a UK wealth manager. Alongside her operating work, she advises companies on AI adoption and operational transformation.

Prior to this, she spent several years at HSBC and Citigroup. Michal holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
