Greg B Davies is a globally recognised expert in behavioural finance and decision science, specialising in how psychology, personalisation, and technology can be combined to improve real-world investment decisions. He leads Behavioural Finance at Oxford Risk, where he develops behavioural tools, financial personality profiling, and AI-enabled systems that help advisers and institutions support better investor behaviour at scale.

Previously, Greg founded the first behavioural finance team in global banking at Barclays. He holds a PhD from Cambridge, has lectured at LSE and Imperial, and speaks internationally to advisers, asset managers, regulators, and wealth firms. He is co-author of Behavioral Investment Management and creator of the online courses The Art of Behavioural Investing and Behavioural Data Behind Financial Decisions. Greg is also the host of Pour Better Decisions, a CPD-certified behavioural wine tasting, and co-creator of Open Outcry, a ‘reality opera’ set on a live trading floor. Beyond finance, he is an active choral singer and arts trustee, with a long-standing interest in creativity, perception, and how humans really make decisions.
