Hayley Rabbets is an award-winning financial services professional and a leading voice on the future of financial planning; particularly how the profession can better attract, support and inspire the next generation.

She heads up the Evergreen pathway at Calton; giving planners at all different stages a supportive home. Alongside this, she's a Non-Executive Director at Pilot, a fintech company building technology that helps save time, so there’s more capacity to give advice to more people. Hayley also sits on the steering group of the New Talent Alliance, a sector-facing initiative focused on supporting businesses in taking on new talent.
