David Mead founded the multi-awarding winning protection specialist Future Proof in 2011, and now also heads up Protection for St. James’s Place Wealth Management. In 2016 David became one of the founding members of the Protection Distributors Group (PDG), and currently serves as a director on its board.

As a passionate protection advocate, he regularly contributes to the wider industry debate. He strongly believes that all clients deserve high-quality protection advice and helped to pioneer the ‘write it, or refer it’ approach to protection.
