Gillian has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and was appointed Commercial Director at Benchmark in October 2023. Prior to this she was Head of UK Intermediary Solutions at Schroders. She is a Non-Executive Director on the board at Kore Labs and on the advisory board for Women in Asset Servicing. Last year she joined the ‘Council for investing in female entrepreneurs’ and in 2021 was named as ‘Woman of the Year – Investment’ at the Professional Adviser Women in Finance awards.

In this newly-created role Gillian brings together and oversees business development, partnership management, marketing and proposition, working with the heads of those teams to focus on supporting our 180+ firms and emphasising the ambitious growth plans.
