Prior to joining Solve, Farzana led the customer function at Seccl and had various roles at Multrees including heading up proposition development and the engineering functions.

Farzana has managed change programmes covering platform selection and custody migrations, digital transformation, system upgrades, as well as other strategic initiatives.

Farzana’s ethos to achieving the right client outcomes stems from her time working for the global multi-family office Fleming Family & Partners (now Stonehage Fleming), where she worked alongside the Relationship and Investment Managers focusing on front, middle and back office operations alongside running strategic initiatives
